April Project
April twentyfirst. Selamat Hari Kartini yah, girls and boys :) This is THE perfect day to remember what Ibu Kartini has done for all Indonesian women. She's been there, done that and for that, I'm sure, we, of all women, applause her again today. Hm, can you actually imagine if she didn't do what she did? Perhaps, just maybe, indonesian women wouldn't be as smart and as independent as they are now.
For me, I enjoy being a girl. No, seriously, I do. Even after hearing people's opinions about how lucky being a man is. You know how people sometimes like to compare how different women are, from men. "Betapa enaknya jadi cowo, karena gak harus gini gitu....gak harus masak, gak harus ngelahirin, ... blabla..." Just how lucky being a guy is because seems like, mostly what they have to do, can't compare to what a woman has to do.
Being a wife? ah puh-leaze... a woman will end her singlelife as soon as they hit their first night. After all the honeymoon sweets are gone, she has to be the wife. Cooking, taking care of house-chores, bearing a child, and most importantly and perhaps kinda scary for us single women, the labor pain. I can't, can't picture myself being in that position. Having to give up my freedom and all the single-life that I have today. Hm, no, it does not mean that I won't get married, nor I say, "shame of you, married women!". No no no... hehehe.... I do wanna get married, and I think I would loveee being married to the one.
After all, being a girl really has its own advantages, I must say. Yes, most of us are, sometimes, very high-maintenance. :P and we all do love being called "pretty", "gorgeous", "cantik", "beautiful", even though sometimes we could be cranky, moody, sarcastic or maybe loud, bawel, rewel, etc etc.. But, all that is what unique about us, ain't they? ;) I even heard that most guys like a 'bawel' girl *haha.... lirik=kiri=kanan* yes, ayo pada ngaku aja deh! whiahiahia....
Well anyways, the point is...I'm thankful there ever was a Kartini. She's cool! heheheh... :P
This morning, mas gre left fingerprints remark in my shoutbox saying, "gabung ke april project yuk shen..." At first I was kinda confused.... hmm April Project? Apaan tuh? Bukannya bulan April udah mo kelar? hehee... But then, tonight, before On-AIR siaran Rest and Relax, I checked my email and got one email about the April Project. Wow! cool idea! I absolutely love it. Love the website too! hehe... ^^ Lala has done a very good job on it too. And up until now, I'm still admiring her work hehee... demen deh ngeliatnya. From the first time I laid my eyes on this blogging thing, I fell in love with her works and blog already hehe *pstt malu ah ketauan hihi*
Anyways, I'm still thinking if I'll be joining this April Project hehe... entah kenapa jadi kurang pede aja :P Should I? ah, silly me. hehee of course I have to join and support this project. The idea itself is already intriguing ;) I can't wait to see the results! uhh I'm so excited now whiehiehie....
